Is 300 Turbo (Supra Turbo Engine)

Hi friends

New year new project. My brother just bought a IS300 to convert it from 2jz-ge to a 2jz-gte engine. Mechanicly that shouldn´t be to much a problem but the electronics may ask for more than a few wires...

Also he wants to convert from automatic to stick shift.

Did any one did this bevore?

What did he do?

Where are the Problems?

Is there any speed shop that sells special parts (exhaust...)?

This all will be done in Germany (where my brother lives) so it has to pass the German TÜV (gov. technical inspection) to be street legal and after all this should be a 1/4 mile winner car so backyard solutions may be not welcome... however we would apriciate any information
