curiousB
I have been battling an emissions issue the past few months that I have recently resolved. I found OBDII very helpful in solving my problem. It is quite inexpensive to buy a USB based OBDII interface for your laptop. While on a trip this weekend I logged bunch of the system readings and have enclosed them in the attached document. I wanted to know what the readings are when the car is operating well. I'll have a benchmark for future reference. I obtained 25.5 MPG for the 530 mile trip with speeds between 65 and 74 MPH. No effort was made to drive fuel efficiently so I felt 25.5 was pretty good for a large heavy car with a big V8 engine. landar
Neat stuff. It would be nice to see those gauges on a special page of the Nav screen. Maybe someday.
