Mark Crane Posted November 3, 2011 Share Posted November 3, 2011 Odd problem with my SC400. The power steering doesn't have power. Replaced the pump and the noise I was getting went away. No power though. The hydraulic engine cooling fan works. Replaced the rack and pinion with a used one and still no joy. Suggestions? The solenoid filter is clean.
