1991 Ls 400 Overheating

While driving one morning car stated overheating and open the hood the heater hose was detach from cuppling on fire wall.I attach the hose back replace the antifreeze and started to drive and it overheaded again and it seem to be backing out through the top radiator hose.Can't make since of this any ideas!

Vapor lock, air bubble in the system somewhere, remove the radiator cap, heater on MAX HOT, and let the engine idle until the bubbling stops.

You might try loosening the pressure cap on the expansion tank and running the engine. If gases of any sort start venting out of the tank, it might be a head gasket. If so, it's first I've ever heard of an LS blowing a head gasket. It might also be a faulty pressure cap.
