Power Steering Common Problem ? Where To Get Parts

HI,

I keep reading about the common problem with sc 400 power steering leaking seal. I think I have that problem. Now my only question where do I get the part for it? I see it on autozone for the kit for about $27, but all I really need is just that 1 seal. Can any body point me in the right direction in just getting that 1 seal?
