Vsc Trac And Abs

While driving my 05 GX470, the ABS light, VSC Trac, TRAC Off, and Skid Control, all light up in yellow. They stay on for a few minutes, then go off. It does not do it every time, but just about every other day. Any suggestions as to what is causing the problem?

My wifes GX has the same lights on now pulled the codes it shows bad O2 sensor. You need to have the codes read at Autozone or other parts store and it will tell you specifically whats going on.
