Fuel Pedal

My 94 ls400 is having a her high pressure on the fuel peddal. And I'm mean very high to the point that I can maybe push the peddal a third of the way down at the most. Also my engine is a bit sluggish on take off and takes a bit to build speed. I have changed tps, maf sensor, efi relay and having plugs and wireset changed in a couple days. The Trac light is the only light that comes on have you several code readers but nothing comes up since I repalced the tps sensor

Was it stiff before you changed the TPS? Maybe you over tightened something in the linkage? You could try disconnecting the throttle cable under the hood and see if the pedal remains difficult to press. If it remains stiff it points to the cable or the pedal spring hinge mechanism.
