Factory Plate For Bolt Up Hitch?

Here is a picture of my 03 GX470 undercarriage. Am I missing something? I want to tow a small utility trailer (no boats), and wondering if there is a stock item to bolt up with four bolts.

I ended up getting an off-shelf one. Modified and mounted it on that plate. I use for bike rack only.
