Replacement Of Factory Nav System

Hi everybody:),

I'm new here, but reading this forum for a while. I have a Lexus IS250 2008. Have a following question. I need to replace a factory navi by external GPS system (problem with maps, i'm not in the USA). I have found a following solution:
