Hello

I am Thinking of buying Pioneer AVH3200BT for Lexus LX470 1998 but i am most worried about the installation i read alot but i still get confused now i opened the stock stereo and saw how the wires are connected what i am afraid of is will the AVH3200BT work on my lexus lx470 model 1998?

and will there be any cutting or soldering in wires ? because i never changed a car stereo before so i dont know anything about it and if anyone have it installed please tell me.
