Jimsc430_2003
My SC430 is 7 yrs old now. I've had it about 2 years and I lifted up the passenger carpet mat to vacuum under it the other day. As soon as the nozzle of the vacuum cleaner hit the carpet a piece about 3” square quickly shot up the nozzle. For some reason all the carpet under the mat has completely come lose. I believe it is a wool carpet and it has lost it's adhesive backing. Only thing my wife and I can think is that we did spill about 4oz of water on the mat. Could the water have disloved the carpet below the mat???? I’m interested to know if others here have experienced this problem and does anyone know how to replace the carpet on the passenger side? Or should I assume to get it all replaced? Thanks, Jim
