flimbob
Hello, I'm new to the forum and also Lexus ownership. I purchased a 96 es300 off of CL and was told there was no fluids leaking. I've discovered there is a leak where the tranny and engine come together. It is located almost dead center over the exhaust. It does not appear to be leaking much at idle, but really starts to flow when rpms are increased. I haven't taken the car to a mechanic as I am out of work since 0109 and can't afford to pay alot for diagnosis. I can possible do myself. I am making an assumption that a seal is bad, but would appreciate any feedback I can get.
