Phil Indagap Posted August 4, 2010 Share Posted August 4, 2010 I'm buying my 82 year old mom a 2004 es 330 we had traded into a dealership i work for i know cars but haven't owned a Lexus ever this is a clean 1 owner with 48k on it my main concerns were required maintenance such as when the timing chain,valve adjustments if ever,ect i haven't found the manual for that sort and the last part what are the know issues with this car. Kyle Petree Posted August 5, 2010 Share Posted August 5, 2010 A 2004 ES with only 48k miles! That's awesome, you've got a boat load of life in that. My '03 has about 85k miles and it sings, no problems at all. The ES (all Lexuses for that matter) have a timing belt but that gets changed at around 100k miles.
