Playing Dvd On Rear Flip Down From Glove Box Changer

Does anyone now how to get the a DVD to play on the rear flip down when the DVD is inserted in the Glove box instead of the flip down. I can view the one inserted in the flip down on the front screen however I can't make it work the other way by getting the one inserted in the glove box to play on the flip down. The rear monitor lock is off Am I missing something?

Just wanted to see if anyone had any comments before I make a trip to the dealer. I feel like I'm probably just missing something.

Were you able to get the answer to this? I too wanted to know how it would work if you were on a trip with the children and you wanted to change the DVD, you would think it would be easier to do it from the front DVD rather than the flip down.
