Dash Lights

Recommended Posts

One driving bulb burned out on my SC430 so I went to Pep Boys and bought 2 Sylvania blue white replacements. Car went in body shop for some paint work and bulbs installed.

Now dash board "Lights' indicator stays on. Seems it must be a different in resistance between old original bulbs and new ones.

Is there a solution other than replacing the bulbs (a major task)? If not, is there a way to disable this bothersome and somewhat usless dash indicator?

With thanks,
