Is It The Fuel Pump?

I have a 1998 es300. The car has a 120,000 miles on it. I just had the timing belt, water pump, and 02 sensors (check engine light) replaced two weeks ago. The light is off and the car was running fine. Now I have noticed when I am driving around 20 mph the rpms drop and the car acts like it is not getting any fuel. It lasts a split second then it continues along just fine. Getting ready to take it back to the shop that just did the repairs.

My question is what could this be. Is it related to the repairs? Could it be the fuel pump or a sensor of some sort? The transmission seems to be shifting fine.

Thanks.
