Considering Early Third Generation 430-- Any Issues?

Folks:

Considering extremely low mileage 2001 LS 430 ( early 3d generation). I have just about worn out my very early second generation 1995 LS400. The early 1995 400s came out of the factory with two issues (i) an engine knock [TSB EG95-005] and (ii) the off-throttle-shock phenomenon [TSB EG003-96].

Are there any issues with the early third generation 430s? A search on this website has revealed little.
