2005 Gx470 With V 04.05.01 Nav

Gentlemen

I know this is a tiresome topic so thanks in advance.

I have a few questions.

(A) I completed the procedure successfully ( menu,volume,top left, etc etc ) , or so I thought, yet the dial pad for the phone still doesnt work while driving. Any suggestions?

(B) The nav doesnt even show the 10 year old street I live on not to mention a million other streets. what are my options with respect to updating the nav..... other than a dealer - lol?

PS - if I ever get the overrife to work, I would rather not lose that feature.

When you complete the manual override, are the destination buttons enabled while in motion?

Is it just the phone that's still blocked?
