Anyone Got A Cassette -> Mp3 Adapter?

I was thinking it'd be sweet if it works, I can't imagine why this car has a cassette player. Maybe it's because of minidiscs in Japan and they knew that a minidisc player would be worthless here so they had to put something there. Anyway, I wonder if anyone has one of these in their IS300 and how the thing's treating you? There's lots of types out there, many of em look like crap.
