I just got the 2010 rx350 with navigation system and satellite radio, usb, the whole works. XM radio has never worked. I've tried reactivating and waiting 20 minutes as instructed by XM twice and a third time XM restarted my whole three month subscription where I had to have the radio and then map on for a total of forty minutes. It still didn't worked. The serviceman at the dealer told me it was between me and XM. My salesperson told me it's under warranty and Lexus has to fix it so I called the General Manager at the dealer. So they looked at it and called XM, did the same activation I did, and it still doesn't work. The General Manager said it's a signal problem with XM. That shouldn't be my problem, right? Shouldn't Lexus just take care of it and fix it? It's a brand new car. I live in Los Angeles and I want NavTraffic to work as was explained to me by the salesperson. I'm usually a very calm, patient person but I feel really mad. Lexus serviceman says they may or may not order parts in a 'few' days but can't tell me anything else and to wait for their call. And the General Manager said I should call XM again if it doesn't work.

Please advise.
