Changing The Trim Around The Master Window Switch

I have a 96 es300 ,the trim around the master window switch is shot. How do I remove that? I saw the screw in the little storage pocket next to the switch. Do I just loosen that and it comes out? Thanks

I was hoping it was that easy too. You have to remove the inside panel (not hard but be careful) to get at a few screws underneath.
