New Gs Owner Looking For Some Help

So I just bought a 2006 GS300 AWD and was hoping someone could help me out with something. To date i have changed the rear turn signal bulbs, drl bulbs, and fog bulbs but I am having trouble locating the front turn signal bulb to change it out. Does anyone know how I can get to it? Does anyone know the correct wattage, My local guy told me it was 12v for the turn signals but I just want to be sure. Thanks for your help.
