I hope I understand your question on the roof rack cover. I trust you are referring to the plastic cover on each endof the roof rack, so that you can access the mounting bolts. If so, all you need to do is gently slide a thin tool such as a medium flathead screwdriver around the bottom seam above the hard rubber base. Gently pry up and move around the cover and it will ultimately "pop" off. To reinstall the cover, just line it over the hard rubber base and hit it with your hand or a rubber mallet with a rag over the cover to avoid any marks. Best of luck!
