Convert Miles To Km And Temp Etc

Have seen this question many times. Stumbled on a menu that might solve the problem but cannot figure out the last step. :(

In this menu there is Model Info...

In model info I can change three things...Destination, opening, BG color...

opening can be set to Lexus or Toyota = Logo you see in the Nav when you start the car. Bg color is the background color.

Destination which is the interesting setup can be: US, CAN, EU RH, EU LH, AUST, MIDDLE E and JP, I am guessing EU Left Hand and EU Right Hand!?

Below changed to CAN.

Opening and background color are stored without problem and in memory when I switch off but the Destin defaults back to US. Guess there is some trick to save this information and I would appreciate some help to figure it out :)

I have a RX 400h 2006 with latest Map software(I think) and reached this menu by switching key to ACC and let the Nav start, while pressing the INFO button I turned the light switch many times between off and park. I then reached a system check screen and press Menu and reach below Diagnosis Menu.

When in below menu I do the same hold INFO and turn light switch a few times between off and park to reach the next menu.
