Es300 99 Tail Lights! Center Panel Out?

I got the tail lights out alarm and found the center rear lights. I remove one by one and did checked the filament one by one (visual). All were ok! Is there a fuse or plug that may have come undone? I can not find the fail bulb! What happen once for a brief moment they came ON! that is why I am on the hunt for a plug(connection point) that may have come undone.
