Wiring Kit For 97 Es300 Stock Headunit

Hello Lexus owners,

I'm trying to find a part# for the wiring harness that comes out of the backside of the stereo and the harness that connects that to the rest of the wires that comes out of the car.

Let me explain.... whomever owned the car prior to me prob got an aftermarket headunit did a shotty job and spliced the wires that comes out the car's end (speakers, ground, yellow, red, brown wires etc) so there's no plug to plug into the head unit. They also cut the other plug on the headunit's side as well so I can't connect the wires unless I manually wire them together with electrical tape. I don't mind doing the latter if someone can post detailed instructions as to which wires I need to tape together for the time being.

We're heading out of town the morning after Thanksgiving so I would like to be able to listen to some tunes rather than wind noise from my pillarless windows :). If anyone can post the part# that I need (the harness from the unit and the harness that connects that to the rest of the wires from the car) or post which wires from the car goes to what wires from the unit I would greatly appreciate it. I'm also typing this from my phone so please excuse any grammar mistakes.

PS- I forgot to mention that I have a 6 disc changer that came with the car and is located in the glovebox. I believe it's the Pioneer from what I've gathered from this forum. Thank in advance
