Help Getting Xm Radio In My 2001 Es 300

I am attempting to find a way to get an in-dash XM Radio solution into my ES 300. Don't care so much about the specific radio as I do about making it look like it's always belonged there. Any idea where to start? I live in northern new jersey so any after market shops I can or should be working with?
