tingbling Posted October 5, 2008 Posted October 5, 2008 Hello I'm new to this forum and need some advice. I have a 2007 IS250 manual transmission RWD. I have 25,000 miles on my car and need new tires. The front tires are completely worn, but the back still have about 50% life left. I did some research on replacing only 2 tires and everyone says to always put new tires on the back but my front and back tire sizes are different. Do I need to replace all 4 tires for safety reasons, or can I put new tires on just the front?
ArmyofOne Posted October 6, 2008 Posted October 6, 2008 You are in miami, so you probably dont need all seasons...but ill include them anyway. Some great pics for replacing all 4 tires are: Longevity and ride comfort/no road noise: http://us.lexusownersclub.com/forums/index...showtopic=51884 Goodyear Assurance ComforTread Not sure if they make the assurance line in the sizes you need...you might also check out the TripleTred's... And for a quiet riding high performance tire: http://www.discounttiredirect.com/direct/f...=014261&1=1 The Falken Ziex ZE 512...be warned though, they only have a lifespan of 20,000 miles...less if you are an aggressive driver.
