Es300 {factory Radio Wireing} And {removing Inside Break Light}

Hi i have a Lexus es300 1994

and i really really need some help right now i am installing sub woofers and 2 new speakers in my car. i first need help with does any one know what wire is what going to the head unit!?!?!? cant find that any where. i need to install an inline converter to transmit the signal to the subs. i need to connect IEC Auloc gray wire (+) and gray/black wire (-) to the right speaker out put of the source unit. Connect IEC AULOC white wire (+) and white/black wire (-) to the left speaker output of the source unit. if you can tell me what color is + and - then il be fine. and i need to know what i need to hook my remote blue wire up to.

The next part is does anyone know how to get the back inside break light out? i know theres like a latch but its out of reach to push in. have every other latch pushed in and the plastic things too

And last does anyone have steps to just the door speaker out of the door or dismantle the door to get to the speaker?
