Lowering Spring

what kind of spring do people use the most for GS??

i was looking at Tein S tech spring drops 1.4 in in the front and 1.1 in the Rear

i have 19's on my car should i go lower??? wat's your recomendation? where can i get the spring chage from??

has anyone done it your self? my friend told me he can do it but i don't want him to F*%$ my car up : )
