Height Leveling Sensor

I am looking for the rear headlight height level system sensor "BRACKET".

I noticed my light went off on the dask today. After examining my vehicle I found that the rear sensor was DANGLING by the sensor cord. The metal "L" shaped bracket had broken clean off. I called my local dealership and was told that this was only purchased with the sensor. A $400 plus purchase, for what I need is an "L" shaped piece of metal.

I took a look at the manual it is on page BE-41, 2042 and is indicated as the "Height Control Sensor". It has been suggested to me that I obtain the bracket from a salvage yard, but I would much prefer to know the part number prior to searching for this needed part.
