Where Is This Part Located - Air Mix Damper.

My 98 ES 300 stuck at a fixed temperature, maybe at 76F or something. AC works fine (cold air comes out of the vent) but I lost heat (since there is only 1 temperature). A/C system self diagnosis returns no error code. Air Mix servomotor, AC control assembly, air blower and recirculate/fresh mechanism all works fine. I disessabled the dash under driver's side and heater core is too hot to touch when temperature is set to "HOT". Lexus service manual tells me that the "Air Mix Damper" is probably the culprit. Air Mix Control servomotor gives open/close command to this damper and controls the hot/cold air mix ratio, I suspect it gets stuff at one position, thus only 1 temprature. Problem is, I don't know where to find this part. Is it buried under passanger's dash somewhere? Help please!!!
