Es 300 Wood Grain Steering Wheel Fit

I found this wood grain steering wheel on ebay and it said it came from an RX 350. I wanted to know if this would fit a '99 es 300. I dont care about the steering wheel functions, but as long it fit right and the cruise works ( and the airbags fit).
