JanetL Posted June 3, 2008 Share Posted June 3, 2008 I took my car to a Valvoline to change the oil and they suggested a engine cleaning (fuel line) at the completion of the service, the TRAC OFF Light and VSC Light stays on. It also affected the electrical system: automatic windows, seats & CD player. The battery has been reset 4 times and they do not have the code to turn off the warning lights. Any help out there??? You will have to do this ASAP while they are still feeling the guilt. If you delay a couple of days, they might say "this happened later on etc" They have been trying to fix it, which means they agree that it is their fault. This might change after a couple of days...
