Couple Problems.... Looking For Solutions

First of all I have a 1993 lexus es300 with 165k (blue on blue).

I think that the passenger window is off track a little so I went to go take the door panel off:

- I removed the screw in the panel handle.

could be you need a window regulater if so i got one for you same year and everything acually i got a tons of parts that you may need and i got good feedback on the other lexus forums thanks and good luck it allready looks like someone helped you on the door thing i know a guy that will fix all 4 needles for you also he did mine for cheap thanks and good luck...adam
