Trac Light Stuck On-cuts Out With Full Throtle

I have a 1994 LS400 and the TRAC light stays on, and when I want to put the petal to the metal, it falls on its face. Even if its in park, you can't floor it, or the TRAC OFF light comes on as well as the check engine light, and then they go back off, but the TRAC light stays on all the time. Can someone please help me!!! Ive already replaced the fuel filter. I dont want to buy a TPS if it's not the problem. Please shine some light on this for me. Thank you.

Mine is doing the same thing and its driving me crazy! I just drive like an ol grammpy at stops to keep it from cutting out on me. Did you find a solution to this problem? I wonder if the TRac system needs to be bled. Any advice would be helpful.

Sounds like ecu is running in limp mode due to some failure in EFI system. What kind of miles/gallon are you getting with a full tank. That might be another indicator.
