Xm Radio

Hi,

I have an 2004 Lexus ES 330 and I also just picked up an XM radio for it... I love the way it sounds but I don't like how it is set up through the cassette player because there are far to many wires. I was wondering if there is a way to set it up through the radio without having many wires showing... Any help would be nice... Thanks all... Colin

There are adapter harnesses that connect to the CD connection point on the back of the radio. These adapters give you a direct connection into the radio for the XM. I installed one of these on my 2004 Toyota Sequoia. The sound quality is better than the cassette adapter hookup and significantly better than the adapters that transmit the signal to the car's radio.

The adapter I used was a PIE brand. There are other makers. Google it.
