SwiftTone
I just purchased a 2000 ES300 without a factory CD player/changer. I've installed aftermarket CD players in my previous cars with ease, so I thought the ES would be just as easy. After reading forum, boy was I wrong! Basically, I would like to get my car to play CDs, and if possible, play MP3 as well. How hard is it to install a factory CD changer? Could I just install it into the glove box and bingo! It will work? Or the CD changer wiring is not even there? If I do decide to go the aftermarket radio route, how hard is the wiring to do? Where can I get the install kit? I've looked at CrutchField and they don't seem to have a install kit for the ES, or any information at all. I'm not looking for a awesome system, just something that I can enjoy listening to while driving. Thank you. ~D
