1999 Ls 400 With 07 Gs 350/430 Wheels

has anyone done this? i just got a great deal on a new take off set of 07 gs350/430 wheels. measurements are 18x8x45 offset. i used the tire calculator link...dakota something and it says i need to use 245/45 for almost an exact size alternative. the wheel is 1" wider than stock and the suggested tire is 20mm wider. the offset is the same. will this fit????looks like it may rub the upper control arm. does anyone know. if it wont fit my ls, will they fit my 93 sc400???? HELP!!!!
