Signal Blinks Fast....2002 Is300

I have a strange issue going on with my 2002 IS300 passenger side signal lights.

For some reason the Right signal light blinks faster then the Left(drivers side). All the bulbs work, its just faster on the passenger side. Can someone let me know what I can check \ diagnose. I have a voltmeter available too if someone needs to walk me through circuit testing.

welll if your still having the problem, sometimes this happens when a bulb goes out and too much power goes to the other bulbs making it blink extra fast. but if you say alll bulbs are good i dont know what to say.
