1996 Es 300 Cigarette Lighter Replacement

My Cigarette lighter stop working, I checked all fuses and they seem. Should I look into replacing and if so how.

And of course the easy answer is STOP SMOKING Now if I only knew who to get one of those cute Icons over to the mwssage. :)

Is it the lighter or the outlet that stopped working? Does a phone charge work from it?? IF so it just a simpe matter of getting a new lighter element.
