CARCARESC Posted July 5, 2007 Share Posted July 5, 2007 THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR ALL REPLIES. MY NAME IS RUSTY FROM CAR CARE &REPAIR. WE ARE FIGHTING WITH A PRISTINE 95 ES 300. THIS VEHICLE WAS IN WITH TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS. REMOVED AND DISSASEMBLED UNIT. FOUND PLANETS BAD. REBUILT UNIT, CHANGED CONVERTER, WENT THROUGH VALVE BODY, CHANGED ALL SOFT PARTS, ANY WORN OR DAMAGED HARD PARTS. SO HERES THE PROBLEM. WHEN YOU PULL INTO GEAR FROM PARK IT IS O.K. WHEN GOING FROM REVERSE TO DRIVE OR FROM DRIVE TO REVERSE THERE IS A HARSH CLUNK. PULLED VALVE BODY BACK DOWN AND CHANGED BOOST VALVE. NO DIFFERENCE. PRESSURES CHECK O.K.
