Cd Changer And Dice/sirius Not Working

About a month ago, i had a dice unit installed to get the sirius unit to play through the cd changer (disk 5) instead of playing through the radio. It has been working great and i could still listen to cds. Today i took my car (02 IS300) to the dealership to get new brakes. On my way back, i realized that the cd changer was not working. When i press DISC nothing happens. normally it would go to the sirius. when i loaded a disk, it just said ERROR. Please help! Thank you!
