Does anyone know the Hp rating for the gs300-350 transmission?

At least 308. Why do you ask? If you can afford the car and have the cash to spend on serious hp, why not look for something already available for sale? The transmission most likely will be able to handle a modified exhaust and intake.

I'd buy the car with the factory hp that works and keep it stock.
