99 Es300 Check Engine Trac Off Solenoid Problem

On my '99 es300 the check engine and trac off lights came on a few weeks ago. I checked with a scanner and the problem is solenoid D. Now the car won't shift into the 4th gear.

I know the solenoid is in the transmission but there are 4 or 5 solenoids so I don't know which one is Solenoid D.

If someone knows please reply. Thanks.
