Has anyone been able to transport three carseat needing kids in the backseat of their RX350?

I recently purchased an 08. Although I have only one child, I'll be meeting up with a friend of mine visiting from out of town and would like to offer transportation for her and her two kids. One child, age 3, will need a full car seat. The other two kids (age 4-5) are old enough for booster seats. (One large Britax and possibly two Graco boosters.)

Before I go and purchase another booster seat, can it be done?
