rlreusch Posted February 26, 2007 Share Posted February 26, 2007 i just had my starter replaced in my 1990 ls 400. the engine turns over but does not start. before i had the starter replaced, when i went to unlock the car from the drivers side, sometimes the alarm would go off, but would shut off after twisting the key several times. could the alarm system be telling the computer not to start the car? can it be reset? any info would be helpful.
