Car Won't Start (but Turns Over) And Many Electrical Items Don&#39

I have a 2003 Lexus SC430 and it was started and driven 2 weeks ago. Then the car sat until yesterday. The battery was dead. I hooked up a battery jumper and the car tried to start and the drivers window rolled down. It wasn't starting though. I thought it might be out of gas but the gas door won't open. Neither will the trunk. The radio won't work either. Nor the power seats. Door locks work though. Anyway, I decide to charge the battery.

After a full charge, the car tries like mad to start. It's turning over really fast but I can't roll the wondow back up, can't open the trunk or gas tank. Most of the electricals are not working.

Any ideas???? I think I checked every single fuse on the car except the ones in the trunk. I did replace 2 fuses in the engine compartment. The radio fuse and something else, don't remember now.

P.S. Is there a way to open the trunk or gas door without using the buttons? The remote won't open the trunk either although it opens the doors.
