Ipod Integration - Dice Vs. Vais Group Buy

I'm planning to purchase an iPOD integration unit for my ES. The two best options seem to be VAIS SoundLinQ SLI and the Denison DICE iPOD integration kit. I haven't seen a direct comparison of these two options on this site or elsewhere, so does anyone have any input?

i recently purchased a 204 ES330 with Nav and ML and would like to try this as well. The Dice unit is almost 1/2 of that as the Vais.. I'm wondering if anyone else has tried it and can provide a DIY...

I was also wondering about these two!! Those two seem the bes but DICE is cheaper, is that for a reason?? A DIY Would be nice and or some reviews on both of these models!!
