Wierd Motor Noise

:cries: I have a 95 lexus ES300 Just recently It started making this wierd motor noise. I make sure all the routine maintenance is done. I was hoping that anyone could help me in what this noise might be. The noise you can hear it at an Idle and when you driving below 2,000 rpms any thing above it disapears. I posted a link so you can hear a video of the noise.
